Tried it after charging it because the device arrives with an empty battery. It's effective and very powerful but not unpleasant. Maybe too strong for some people.
Working and hope it lasts long. took 3 hrs to fully charge. back massage isn't possible as the hands don't open fully outwards. can adjust how tight it presses depending on how much of neck is pushed in.

Delivery to Italy took 2 weeks. The box was dented and torn, but the contents were well packed, so I hope the device was not damaged. Because of this, I am taking off one star. When charging (charged for 1 hour, the light blinks red and it's unclear whether the device is fully charged or not.) The instructions are in English and are clear. First experience of use - so far I like it.

The product arrived quickly and works perfectly. I just need to get the hang of using it properly. I'm not sure if my neck is too wide, which is why it doesn't fit well. The only downside is that the box arrived damaged; the product itself has no dents, but that's one point less in its favor.

Item arrived undamaged in shipping package. After reviewing instructions massager was plugged into receptacle and after some difficulty it finally was able to be charged. Device would not maintain a charge even after several charging sessions. Device useless in this condition.
